Chef Martín Berasategui is the gastronomic director of Condes de Barcelona Hotel since 2005. In 35 years of cooking career, he was awarded with 7 Michelin stars, including two for his Lasarte restaurant in Condes Hotel. His cooking is about balance between natural savor and sublimation of the ingredients.
Awarded with its second Michelin star in 2010 thanks to chef Matín Berasategui, Lasarte restaurant will delight your senses.
