Barcelona has a cultural offer comparable to that of the largest cities in the world. So, you can visit interesting museums, walk through extensive beaches, attend numerous cultural events and eat at fine restaurants. But since the art and the culture of the city attract millions of tourists every year, many are the walks during which you will be able to admire beautiful buildings that go all over the streets, which include modernist buildings, of Gothic or contemporary architecture. Historic city buildings are becoming new hotels:

The Alting real estate set up in 1977 is expert in properties of high standing but also in all aspects of real estate. It has just completed the transformation of a modernist building from the street of Aragon 271 Barcelona in a luxury hotel. The new hotel named “Anna” is located near the Paseo de Gracia and is run by the Room Mate hotel group. The old building is from the early twentieth century and was refurbished for the first time in 1994 in order to welcome offices. Now, the building is a nine-floor hotel with 81 rooms, spacious terraces and a pool with air conditioning that will allows you ti have a view over the Passeig de Gràcia avenue and the Casa Amatller.

The prestige of luxury hotels in Eixample:
A new luxury hotel has just opened in Barcelona and more precisely in the Eixample district: it’s the Ohla Eixample, located at number 289 Còrsega street. This is a five-star hotel that belongs to the Catalan group Solixent Invest. We can point out the modernity of the hotel’s fully equipped facilities. You will be able to enjoy a chill-out terrace and a pool with air conditioning. The main quality this new hotel stands on the modernity its architecture. The hotel benefits from a total of 94 rooms and notably a fine dining restaurant. As a tribute to its origins, the restaurant will offer a selection of traditional dishes from the Terres de l’Ebre (made with rice, oysters, mussels or eels).
As you can see it with this article, the tourism sector is not keeping from investing in Barcelona and it gambles more and more on its assets and qualities: for the investors, the city is still one of the most popular cultural and business centers of Europe.
