The Barcelona Meeting Point arrives; the International Real Estate Exhibition.

From 19th to 23th October 2016 starts in Barcelona the 20th edition of the Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP). The only professional and international real estate exhibition in Spain which founded in 1997, has become the meeting point of the sector.
More than 300 accredited exhibitors will have 22,000 m2 where it is expected that the number of visitors exceeds 10,000 professionals and over 30,000 attendees overall.
The event will be held in the palace enclosure 8 of the Fira Montjuic Barcelona, next to Plaza Spain, where it is expected to consolidate the event as a symbol of the recovery of the real estate sector in Spain.

A professional and international exhibition

In the Barcelona Meeting Point will be able to learn about the latest projects and services a wide range of companies related to the real estate sector with great international presence. 312 companies from 15 countries of the world in the most international edition.
In addition, on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th, it will be held the 3rd edition of Barcelona Meeting Funds. An event involving reference institutions (business schools, foundations, agencies, ..) will bring together 40 international investment funds with professionals from every corner of Spain.

The Barcelona meeting point also focuses with the general public.

To facilitate access to housing for the general public, in the Barcelona Meeting Point you can find all kinds of real estate products and services for personal use or investment; homes, second homes, shops, offices, parkings, industrial buildings, grounds … both rental and purchase.
This session will be on Saturday October 22th where the key points in the process of buying a home as contrast mortgages, meet insurance and existing appraisals, details of energy efficiency or the fine print of operations among others will be presented.
And finally, the Barcelona Meeting Point also reserve a space to new trends in real estate for next year.

Dates and schedule
The professional Show will be open from 19th until 23th October.
Wednesday and Thursday: 10 am to 8 pm without interruption.
Friday: 10 am to 3 pm.
